Lovely big light double room with en suite in N17

Looking for a housemate for lovely big double light room at the top of my gorgeous house.

The room is a large very light room (with double skylight/velux) with its own set of stairs up to it and it's own bathroom/shower - it's big enough for the double bed, a desk area with chair and armchair and separate space for a clothes rail and chest of drawers and shelves - see pics. Bed, rail, desk, drawers and shelves provided - but happy to store if you have your own stuff.

House is shared with one other (me!) a playwright in my 50's. It has a well equipped kitchen with French doors onto a good sized garden, and a separate living room with a open fire. Garden has a long table to sit/eat, drink tea/coffee, wine etc

The house is located in Tower Gardens Rd, Tottenham, N17, 15 mins on a bus to Seven Sisters Tube on Victoria Line, or 10 to Turnpike Lane or Wood Green on Piccadilly Line, or 10 mins to Bruce Grove overground. Lots of green spaces, parks nearby and on quiet tree lined road - lots of great turkish shops nearby too!

I'm looking for a lovely grown up (great if you/they're artistic, but they don't have to be!) to share my beautiful home with (I am also away a bit, so you'll have place to yourself for chunks of time) and ideally someone who doesn't work at home all the time - as I'm a writer and often do. But part time work at home is fine.

Rent is £700 PCM plus bills - so £900 PCM all in, including bills.
