Lovely Victorian house with garden, residential part of Tottenam, 10 minutes walk to Seven Sisters tube, next to gym/swimming pool. Well stocked local shop and lovely coffee shop selling fresh artisan bread are right next to the house and there is a large Tesco right next to Seven Sisters tube.
There are excellent transport links around the house. Victoria line at Seven Sisters tube takes you to Kings Cross in 3 stops (10 min) or Oxford Street in 6 stops. There are lots of buses there too, and about 10-15 min from the house is Tottenam Hale where you can get a direct train to Stansted airport.
The Victorian house is looked after, clean, light and bright, has an open plan kitchen/living room, 2 bathrooms and all the mod cons. There is a lovely garden great for those summer bbqs.
The double room comes with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a rail and a desk.
We are looking for a clean, friendly and professional tenant who likes to make and keep the house homely. One month deposit is required.
4 housemates (in their late 20s and early 30s) are living in the house at the moment working in different industries, finance, hospitality and dentistry.
