The room for rent

The room is a good size furnished double.

You would be sharing with me, a live-in landlord.

I mostly live in Yorkahire now but still work in London, and I usually stay in the second bedroom 2 nights a week mid-week (Mon-Weds) in order to work at my office. My partner does the same; he usually stays at the flat 2 nights a week midweek (Weds-Fri). My partner and I hardly ever come to London at the same time and only occasionally spend a weekend there. You would often have the flat to yourself. When one of us is there you would be sharing kitchen, sitting room, bathroom and separate toilet with us. Occasionally, if my partner and I come to London together, we might have our toddler with us in our room.

I am looking for a professional or mature student who would like a calm place to live and is looking for space to themselves.
