Looking for a lodger in our Tottenham home

Hello! We're a gay couple living in Bruce Grove in Tottenham, and we're looking for a new lodger to live in our 4-bed end-terrace house.

We can offer a double bedroom (double bed, mattress and under-bed storage included), private shower room next to the bedroom for your sole use, and a small study (also next to your room) on the top floor - all recently renovated to a high standard. Apart from one other room on the second floor, which one of us uses as a home office a couple of days a week, you'd have the top floor to yourself, giving you a comfortable base with a good degree of privacy. Among other communal areas, you’d also enjoy use of our newly renovated & extended kitchen, plus garden space.

£1,200 pcm, all bills included (council tax, energy, water, fibre broadband, TV licence, fortnightly cleaner). On street parking available, subject to council permit fee. Bike storage available.

The area is vibrant and really up and coming. It's near the canal with various parks and lots of cafes, pubs and restaurants within walking distance, as well as excellent transport links (see below). We've lived here since 2021, happily sharing our home with a lodger for the past two years, and we really love it around here.

We're ideally looking for someone who:
- is clean, tidy and conscientious
- is LGBTQIA+ friendly
- works from home no more than 3 days a week on average
- is friendly but independent (we're both busy with demanding jobs)
