I’m moving out of my house on Seven Sisters Road and looking for someone to take over my spot in our home.

It’s a small, cozy, and super functional room—really easy to keep tidy, with everything you need packed into a comfortable layout:
Double bed (super comfy)
Big desk + office chair setup (perfect for studying or working from home)
Overhead cabinets, drawers, and a bedside table to maximize storage without taking up floor space
A large window looking out onto green trees, bringing in tons of natural light and a nice relaxed vibe

The Contract / Dates Situation (PLEASE READ):

We are on a joint contract, which officially ends on September 24th.
I need to leave on August 28th (or a few days earlier).
You’d be taking over my share of the contract for roughly 1 month (Aug 28 – Sep 24).

The main perk: ALL of my current housemates are 100% staying and renewing the lease for another year. After Sept 24th, you can just sign the new long-term contract directly with them! It’s a super smooth way to lock down a great London spot without the stress of house hunting.

Viewings & Price:
Rent and bills for that final month (Aug 28 – Sep 24) will be split pro-rata.
