we have a room opening up in our creative, spacious & friendly N17 house share ⭐️

this room, £785 pcm, is a spacious double on the ground floor looking onto the garden. it comes with a bed, desk, shelves and some other furniture (can be discussed), and plenty of room for storage! it is available from 1 November :)

deposit is £575 and monthly bills usually come to around £70. we pay water every 6 months which is usually around £80 each :)

we are a social, friendly, chilled house with lots of shared communal space to hang out or wfh including our garden, living room, and large dining room next to the kitchen 🫶🏾housemates are Sophie (she/her, 28, graphic designer) and Ruby (she/her, 25, Msc student) and me Tara (she/her, 25, edit trainee). two of us work full time, a combination of office/wfh. Sophie also has a cat (which sadly does mean no more pets)

we have a secondary downstairs toilet in addition to the main bathroom, a washing machine and under stairs storage. our main bathroom has a bath/shower and storage space! on entry to the house there is one step up to the door.

we are 5 mins walk to bruce grove (weaver line), 15 mins walk to seven sisters or tottenham hale (viccy line), and just off the high street with tons of buses going into east & central, supermarkets, gym etc.

we are keen to live with people who want to hang out, watch tv, make the house a home etc but we also value our own space and do our own thing. if you think you’re a good fit - hmu
