Double Room in Friendly Household in Seven Sisters

About our home 💋

- 5 minute walk to closes bus stop/15 min to Seven Sisters station
- bills come to around £200 each max (gas and electricity, water, internet, council tax)
- it’s a big Victorian house with lots of shared spaces: dining-living room, big kitchen, really nice garden;
- We have 1 bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs;
- 2 elderly cats and a bearded dragon live here ❣️
- we are both smokers but try to keep it strict to kitchen/garden area;

What we are looking for in a housemate

⁃ this is a contract take over, so the agency will be checking your references
- preferably keeping household flinta/queer (non cis straight men living here)
⁃ Clean and tidy - we always pick after ourselves when using shared spaces and try to split chores weekly. we are also looking into the possibility of splitting a monthly cleaner as the shared space is quite big
- we’d love to welcome someone social into our place as we both like to make dinners, watching movies and chill as a household or with friends
- not a requirement but we would quite like to have someone that also works in a creative field
- you’re ok with flexible schedules as we are often night owls - it’s an old house, so a bit of noise is to be expected when people move around, open/close doors etc
- you love pets❣️Chas and Dave (the puss 🐱) are not only senior but Dave is also disabled after an illness, so mind that they now and then tumble around and do an odd pee in the corner 🥹 . Shrimp the dragon lives in a tank and is the chillest guy ever.
- we want someone that will make the house comfortable for themselves - plants + decorations + furniture can be added all around
- we’re ok with having partners around but this is not a couple room and we value chill time without visitors in the house
