Door to door from the house to pretty much anywhere in central London is around half an hour. The new Spurs ground just up the road has added a touch of glamour and class to the area.

The energy performance rating is a pretty efficient C.
Please note that under the terms of the licence I have from Haringey council, I can rent this house to five sharers, and the sitting room cannot be used as a bedroom. However, a family can occupy it as they like.
