This flat has been my home since January 2023, and our home since Summer 2024. It's got 3 very good sized rooms, 2 bathrooms (one with huge, cast iron bath) and a high spec kitchen.

We're right next to the park (Wandsworth Common) and a one minute walk to Wandsworth Common train station (which is 8 minutes into Victoria). Alternatively, it's a 12 minute walk to Balham where you can get the Northern Line tube (direct to Leicester Square in 15-20 minutes).

The main attraction (as far as we're concerned) is the large, totally private roof terrace which is perfect for sunbathing (and bbqing).

One of the rooms is currently set up as a gym and office, as you'll see, but you should be able to get a feel for the size of the room from the photos.

Bellevue Road has everything you need on it - Sainsburys, great pubs, restaurants and shops, and we're just a 10 minute walk from the prestigious Northcote Road.

We're moving to the Cotswolds and we're looking for the right tenants to move in. We're open to discussions on length of tenancy, the extent to which it's furnished etc.
