Hello! We're moving out on 14th October, so all three rooms in our lovely flat at New Crane Wharf, Wapping are now available. We're happy to consider individual applications as well as joint applications from a group of three looking to take the whole flat together.

The flat: It's a 3 bed, 2 bathroom flat in a gated riverside warehouse conversion, with a 24 hour concierge and a lift. At 1,436 sq ft it's really spacious for three people, with a big open plan kitchen and living area that's great for cooking, relaxing and having friends round. It's fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, washing machine, two fridges and a freezer.

The rooms: All three bedrooms are doubles with built in wardrobes, and they all look over a quiet inner courtyard, so they're lovely and peaceful despite being so central.

Bedroom 1: Large double, sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 2. £1,076 pcm.

Bedroom 2: Double room, sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 1. £1,157 pcm.

Bedroom 3: The biggest room, with a large, spacious layout and its own ensuite bathroom (bidet included). £1,234 pcm. Photos of this one are coming in the next day or two.

Whole flat: £3,467 pcm (£800 per week) for a group of three.

Location: You're about a 3 minute walk from Wapping Station on the Windrush line, with easy links to Canada Water and Whitechapel, and Shadwell DLR is around 10 minutes away. It's a peaceful spot but really well connected to Canary Wharf, Shoreditch, Dalston, Bank and Central London. There's a Sainsbury's nearby, lots of great riverside pubs and restaurants, and beautiful running and walking routes along the Thames and the canals.

Who we're looking for: As the whole flat is changing over, it's a real fresh start, so we're hoping to find people who'll get on well and make it feel like home. We're easy going and flexible, and so is the landlord, who is super chill and easy to deal with.

Costs and dates: Bills, WiFi and council tax come to roughly £150 to £200 per month per person on top of rent (Council Tax Band G). Rooms are available from 14th October, ideally for 6 months or longer.
