Lovely home for mature students/professionals

I have a 4 bedroom Victorian terraced house in the Kensington Fields Conservation area (10-15 minute walk to University of Liverpool) which has been renovated with high quality finishes throughout, including original wooden floors, real wool carpets, designer tiles and quirky accessories. The house has 4 bedrooms; each furnished with a bed, clothes rail, desk, chair and additional storage. There is a shared living room and kitchen, and a small yard. There is on street parking within a parking permit area. The rent includes utility bills up to a reasonable usage cap, and council tax. I'm looking for either masters/post-graduate students or young professionals. The house is a lovely place to live, not the standard house share, therefore I'm looking for responsible, clean and conscientious people who will look after it.
