Each room comes with a bed, mattress, bedding, workstation, flat screen TV, chair and wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom contains a shower, toilet and a sink.

Each floor in the development has a large communal area for students to meet their fellow housemates. Each communal room has a fully fitted kitchen, table and chairs for students to eat at and a wall mounted flat screen TV. The building also boasts CCTV and has lift access to all floors.
