The house is located in popular Seacombe (Wallasey) area just 5 mins walk to the beach.

The single room is available from 1st. Nov. 2026. Current roommates all around 20's to 60p's.

The common areas providing kitchen (washer dryer & fridge freezer & microwave & kettle) & big dining space, shared bathroom (Free toilet paper), garden. Free common areas cleaning once per week. (except if I have vacation, then it will be until I back roughly one month)

minimum 6 months lodger contract!!!
