Hey everyone, I am a live-in landlord (38yo, male) and I have two double rooms available in a tidy home, next to Central Park and a short walk away from the Victoria Central Health Centre.
Liverpool Central is 20mins away with one bus, no exchange (433 or 432).

I am looking for lodgers, preferably non-smokers who care about basic hygiene.

The bigger room was recently decorated and comes with a double bed. The rent is £515/month and the bills are included. (This room is taken now.)

The smaller, garden facing room comes with a double bed and a new mattress. The rent is £485/month with bills.

Well behaved (or slightly spicy) pets can be considered :)

Please kindly note the rooms are not available for couples.

I am an ex-photographer, filmmaker who runs a photography related business.
The gym is my happy place, I like cycling and love riding horses.
