Spacious double room with a view

This is a spacious double room on the second floor with king-size bed and big fitted wardrobes. Other furniture optional. It has a gorgeous view over the treetops and River Mersey towards Liverpool. There's a shared bathroom on the same floor, with a shower over the bath. On the ground floor you'll have access to shared kitchen and dining spaces, plus washer and dryer in the integral garage. You're welcome to use the garden too. There's plenty of free on-street parking. Buses to Liverpool are a 10 minutes walk and New Brighton station with regular trains to Liverpool, Wirral, Chester and beyond is a 25 minute walk. Lovely riverside walks, cafes and pubs are all close by. You'll need to be ok with dogs as my dog lives here part-time and my partner's and family's dogs are frequent visitors! This is a friendly, laid back, Queer, veggie household. You'll be welcome to hang out and chat in the kitchen, share a meal, or just keep yourself to yourself - whatever suits you.
