Very close to Holyrood Park/Arthur's Seat and Figgate Park and close to Portobello, with local shops in Meadowbank and a big Morrisons very nearby. Very well connected with lots of bus routes along London Road and Willowbrae Road.

It's recently refurbished with new flooring and freshly painted to a high standard. I'll be leaving it much like in the photos with the pictures etc if you would like that.

I'll be letting it myself so there won't be any letting agent charges etc. You'll be able to get me on WhatsApp any time. There is loads of storage, including a full height built in wardrobe in the bigger bedroom. The second bedroom is a bit smaller, and has a double bed comfortably within it but limited space for other furniture.

It's got electric heating, so no gas, so better for the environment. Neighbours are nice and it's a good stairwell. Nice shared garden outside with a seating area. Fast BT fibre broadband which it might be easier to keep in my name.
