Period features throughout the property, wooden floors, fireplaces, and access to small private garden. Shared open plan lounge and kitchen diner. Bathroom is on the ground floor with a roll top bath. Interior is vintage and that includes the paintwork in places, but the house is homely and clean.
The village has village shops, a surgery, and is just 15 minutes from the stunning North Norfolk coastline, with easy access to Norwich City Centre a 45min drive.
You will be sharing with a kind and friendly professional woman, three elderly (and partly disabled) whippets and a friendly cat.

Please note I will give preference to a female lodger. Looking for someone easy going and cheerful.

Broadband and council tax included. Extra contribution to central heating and hot water costs may need to be negotiated depending on your likely usage.
