We are changing this lovely Victorian terraced house back to its original layout in preparation for a new tenancy beginning on September 1st 2026. Unfortunately, this means that current photos cannot show how the downstairs sitting room or dining rooms will be, but suffice to say that the walls will be refreshed and wood or laminate floors put in instead of carpets. The sofa and armchair will be removed to the front room and the middle room will be made back into a dining room-cum-study. The 2 bedrooms and ensuite bathroom upstairs will be cleaned and refreshed, so those 2 photos show what they will look like in September. Same goes for the downstairs shower room and kitchen. There are two entrances to the property; one is through a locked gate leading to the private courtyard garden, where bikes can be safely kept, and the other is to the front. This entire house will be fot JUST TWO TENANTS. Unthank Road is a very popular street, with its cafés, bars, restaurants and shops and very frequent bus services to UEA and the city centre, although the city is within reasonable walking distance.
We are local landlords who take our job seriously, ensuring that our accommodation is kept in good condition, with all safety measures adhered to and kept up-to-date, that the new Renters' Rights rules are followed and that correct documentation is supplied.
The house is fully furnished and our priority is to provide affordable, safe, comfortable accommodation for our tenants. We do NOT allow any smoking or vaping inside the house. We are attentive landlords who live locally so any problems are dealt with quickly. Tenants communicate directly with us...no agency, no fees.
