2 bed room house

Hi! I'm Matilda, and I'm moving into a lovely house in Fulford at the start of December. recently renovated, mostly furnished, a safe area to live in.

I'm looking for a female housemate to share it with, someone who's fun, sociable, and up for the occasional evenings together, and someone who is clean and respectful of the house.

The room would be a small double room that looks like onto the street. It has shelving and high up cupboard great for storing your belongings.

The house has been recently renovated, will be mostly furnished, living room is medium sized with a fire place, shelving and a door that leads onto the street.

Fulford is a lovely area close to the city but with its own pubs, cafés, and riverside walks. Good bus links into town and has an Aldi near by.

About me; I am a massive animal lover and ok with you having a pet, I have a Dog called Dolly who lives with my Mum but I officially look after her. I love evenings night in watching film or series. I have a good group of friends which I go on coffee dates with and nights out which you will be very welcome to join, I also enjoy having the occasional house gathering which again you will be welcome to join in.
I also really enjoy cooking and baking which will be for the house to tuck in with.
