This is a modern 4 bed detached house in a safe and quiet residential close. It is 1 minute’s walk to two bus stops (1 direct to town centre); 5 mins to pubs, cafes, takeaways, restaurants, Bradlaugh Field, 10 mins walk to Kingsthorpe shopping centre (Waitrose and Asda), Moulton Park Industrial estate, and 2 miles to town centre and train station.

Large double bedroom (9’10 x 8’7) at £560 pcm with £400 deposit; furnished with a double bed, a 4 piece matching set of wooden furniture (a triple door wardrobe, large drawers, 2 bed side drawers), and table lamp. Lots of storage space!!

All bills are included (Council tax, gas, electric, water, and super high speed full fibre broadband 1Gb). NO EXTRAS.

Also included are: a weekly cleaner, washing detergent, toilet paper, kitchen towels, and all household cleaning products. No need with trivia, just move in!!

Full use of the large open plan sitting room and dining room (24’10 x 10.8’) segregated into quiet space, social space, and communal dining. Chess and playing cards available should you want a different challenge.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials (cutlery, crockery, pans, utensils), 2 large fridge-freezers, new washing machine, new tumble dryer (£5 pcm extra cost), microwave and grill oven, air fryer, toaster, sandwich toaster, kettle, blender, powerful extractor hood, own storage cupboard.
