3double bed house.

I have a 3 bed house to rent fully furnished in the old meadows area of Nottingham. I’m moving into a rental that needs doing up. I’m not sure what’s the best way of renting this so feel free to get in touch if your a small family or 2 sharers, I can’t have 3 sharers as it’s not got a HMO licence. My spare rooms have been on Airbnb for last 8 years or so, very popular area near tram and the Embankment fields. 2 large doubles and 1 small double. There is only 1 bathroom but it does have a separate shower cubicle.
Kitchen has built in washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, microwave too.
All beds are doubles and double wardrobes in each room too.
Can be all bills inc for 1400 pcm
Off street parking, no permits required at the moment.
Council tax band A
Gas and electric currently under £100 pcm but I’m not home much.
Boiler serviced yearly since installed
Whole house painted last year.
