The kitchen/dining room is fitted with a range of modern white units and has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine.  There is a table and four chairs.  The kitchen is equipped with crockery, cutlery pots and pans etc. 

On the first floor, there is a large main bedroom, with a king-size bed, bedside tables, and a large walk-in wardrobe.  The second bedroom has twin single beds (we can change to a double bed).  The bathroom has a white suite with a bath and shower.

The location is excellent, buses go into Banbury, and the train from Banbury can take you to Oxford or Birmingham in around 30 minutes. It's ideally situated with good access to the M40 as well as being reasonably located in between Oxford, Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon, The Cotswold, Bicester and Northampton. Banbury as a town has grown rapidly and offers a variety of facilities including restaurants, Shops, Pubs, Retail Outlets, gyms and country walks

This is to rent the whole house and you pay your own bills (Gas Electric, Water, Council Tax, etc)
