Spacious clean room in quiet and clean house single occupancy, available for longterm let.

Room has a small double bed, large wardrobe, bed side unit, comfy chair and a desk with chair.

All bills are inclusive; Wi-FI and use of washing machine once a week.

There is a separate WC as well as main bathroom shared with 2 people.

I am seeking a quiet and clean female.

Accommodation is close to Headington hospitals, (Ideal for NHS Workers looking for a room near Churchill or The Nuffield hospital, as its walking distance). ARC Oxford Business Park is 25mins walk.
Regular bus service also goes to the JR. There are local shops nearby and takeaways, central Headington is about 15-20mins walk.

There are excellent public transport links to city centre. Journey to the city centre takes 20mins. Buses number 15 and 10 run regularly.

There is street parking available for 2 hrs during the day, after that need a resident’s permit between 9-5pm. Free parking after 5pm.

Please note this is a Muslim household so no pork cooking or consuming alcohol is permitted in my house.
