Professionals preferred please for this compact double room in a friendly and sociable house close to great transport links into city centre and walking distance to JR Hospital available now. Lovely outdoor area with BBQ and seating, as well as plenty of off road parking.

We have a spacious kitchen/diner with all the mod cons including a dishwasher, a bathroom with shower, an ensuite with bath, downstairs cloakroom, and bright and spacious lounge where we like to gather to chat and watch a movie together. The large back garden has decking and a BBQ area and out the front the driveway can accommodate three cars, with ample space on the street for extra parking.

The compact double room which is available is also furnished.

The bedroom has oak flooring and cream walls, a double bed with storage baskets underneath, a double wardrobe and chest of drawers and windows looking over the garden.

We are sociable people and like to gather for a chat after a busy day. However, we do all work hard and like to come home to a clean and tidy house, so definitely looking for housemates who care about their surroundings!
