Hi all, I’m looking for a housemate to share a beautiful 2 bed modern apartment from 1st May 2026. It’s within walking distance to Oxford Brookes Headington campus (5mins), the JR hospital (5mins) and local amenities e. g. Headington shops (10mins).

The room is furnished with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and you will have your own bathroom with a bathtub (I have an ensuite room, so you will have the other bathroom all to yourself). The apartment is on the first floor, has all appliances, wifi, plenty of storage and overlooks a pretty communal garden inhabited by squirrels. There is free private parking for one car, a secure bike room and excellent bus links to the city centre and London.

The room is available from 1st May for 12 months and the rent is £850/m + bills incl. council tax (£150/m), electricity (about £35/m) and wifi (£13/m). There is no gas, and water is included in the rent. A little about me. I’m an easy-going, friendly female professional working at Oxford Brookes University. I'm happy to do things together, hang out or do something active (I’m into fitness, ice-skating and travelling), but equally I'm respectful of people's own space. I’m also tidy and pay bills on time.
