A Nice Double Room available with Comfy Double Bed and furniture - wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and Desk.

💰 RENT and DEPOSIT

The monthly rent is £650

The deposit is £600 which shall be protected under a government-approved scheme.

To reserve the room, you will only be asked to pay an initial holding deposit of £150 which will be credited as either part of the first month's rent or the security deposit.
