Spacious and friendly house looking for housemate

Hi! We are 3 working professionals living in a spacious 4-bedroom house in Headington, and we're looking for a new housemate!

Our house is quite sociable and we regularly play board games, watch movies, and just hang out in the living room. We're looking for a sociable and tidy person who is looking forward to getting involved in a fun and friendly house!

The house:
It comes fully furnished with a dishwasher, tumble dryer, etc. There is a ground-floor toilet, a bathroom with a bath and shower on the 1st floor and a bathroom with a shower on the 2nd floor, which is usually just shared between two people. The house also comes with a fully working upright piano, which keeps the neighbours entertained!

The room:
The 2nd floor, South-facing bedroom of the house comes furnished with a double bed and a good amount of wardrobe/storage space, a large desk and an office chair. The room benefits from a good amount of sunlight (when the sun is shining, of course). The window faces the back garden, so it's isolated from the sound of cars on the road.

Rent:
£680 per month without bills. With council tax and bills, the total amount comes to around £800 per month.

Move-in Date:
We're flexible on move-in dates between the 1st of June and the 1st of July.

We're looking for a social, tidy person who'd love to join us for movie nights, board games, cycling or introduce us to any of their hobbies!
