We have a spacious kitchen/diner with all the mod cons including a dishwasher, a bathroom with shower, an ensuite with bath, downstairs cloakroom, and bright and spacious lounge where we like to gather to chat and watch a movie together. The large back garden has decking and a BBQ area and out the front the driveway can accommodate three cars, with ample space on the street for extra parking.

The room that is available for let is a large loft conversion with its own private staircase and ensuite bathroom. It has a balcony window that opens out to enjoy views over the countryside at the end of the road.

The room is furnished with a king sized bed, as well as plenty of wardrobe and drawer storage. It is a light and bright room that is carpeted throughout.

We are very sociable people and like cooking for each other sometimes, plus going to the pub for the occasional drink. However, we do all work hard and like to come home to a clean and tidy house, so definitely looking for housemates who care about their surroundings!

We all work locally at the Churchill hospital, a book shop and a children's nursery, and house
interests include skiing, baking, netball, going to the gym and lots of travelling!!
