Single size room to let.

Hi,
I have a single-size room with a beautiful view out the window 😉.
John Radcliffe Hospital is a 5-7-minute walk from my house.
The X13 and X14 bus stop is around the corner of the house, it will take you to the city centre and abingdon or wherever you want to go. Brooks University is not far from my house.
You can share the kitchen with me. No Male visitors are allowed inside the property, female visitors are allowed inside the front room once a week. Gathering, or parties are not allowed inside the room or house. You can go in or out of the property at any time, no restrictions. The washroom is on share base with another tenant. (I can manage between both Tenants the toilet bath use that's why I never face any issue on share base washroom). A safe, clean, comfortable and secure environment is our priority. I am always very fair with my commitments. So whenever you would like to move somewhere else and want to leave the room then one month before let me know, then I will put my room again on the ad for rent. Sorry to say, alternatively, I will keep the deposit for no return. You can message or call me for any information, most importantly, we are looking for a female TENANT for the room.
