Double room in Headington from April- Short let

I am the owner of a newly renovated 2-bedroom flat in Headington, and I am looking for short term tenant to move into my spacious second bedroom from mid April until June/July

LOCATION: The flat is ideally located for anyone coming to Oxford for a short-term stay. It’s a 10-minute walk from the park, shops (Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Tesco), and the John Radcliffe, Nuffield, and Churchill hospitals. The location is perfect for researcher staff and anyone working in the Headington area. Buses to the city centre are frequent and take about 20 minutes. There is also easy access to the Ring Road and coaches to London/airports.

THE BRIGHT, DOUBLE ROOM has a double bed, bedside table, built-in wardrobe, desk, and chair overlooking the shared garden, as well as a shed for bicycles.

ME: an Italian woman in my early 40s working in healthcare. On weekdays, I enjoy cooking, watching Netflix, or reading. On weekends, I like to socialise with friends, go on walks, and visit pubs.

RENT: Seeking SHORT TERM tenant. The rent is £950 per month. All bills (council tax, high speed internet, water, electricity) included. Deposit of £950 will be required. The Room will be available from mid April until June/July. (dates are flexible).

ABOUT YOU: I am looking for a friendly person who would keep common areas clean and tidy. No smoking and no pets.
