Hello I'm a living-in landlord software engineer, I'm looking for a person like-minded mature housemate, ideally a person committed to professional life whether in academia research/study or in the private sector, as software engineer often I need read/study therefore is important to don't be too noisy, I'm a very clean person so I like the house neat we have a cleaner to help us maintain. I'm social person but the house is a place to rest and relax therefore obviously no house party, so you get the idea, overall is great environment an people stay long time leaving here.

We are 3 minutes walking from supermarket, gym 24h, takeaway restaurant, pub, coffee

Bus stop (every 10min) - 2 minutes walking

The photo was just taken so is as seem, has a Double Bed ottoman with storage, the mattress and bed are new, 2 doors build-in wardrobe, 2 drawer, bed side, lamp, desk, chair, the door has key.

Kitchen:
You will have a unit to store your food and a shelf in the fridge/freezer. I have a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, gas cooker, oven, pans, whites ...
Important, I have allergy to some seafood and curry, so you won’t be able to have cook it in the house, no deep-fry, no strong smells.

Garden:
We have a nice garden surrounded by fence / walls, with a gate so you can bring your bicycle inside and lock it safely.

Rent:
Can be paid weekly or monthly (preference), price includes all the bills, except the cleaner which £25 month. Deposit 5 weeks - £1,062.50 refundable when check-out
