The room is available on the 16th November and is £695 inclusive of all bills apart from the WIFI and energy which is split between all housemates equally and averages around £30pcm.

The house is a large characterful house with a homely lounge, kitchen/diner, two full bathrooms and downstairs toilet. There is also a garden at the back of the property and a driveway at the front.

The property is located on Cardwell Crescent in central Headington.

All rooms include: Water and council tax. The energy bill and WIFI is split between each of the tenants equally and is usually around £30 per month.
