An en-suite room in OX3 is available for a long-term tenant (NOT for couples or pet keepers, sorry~) for a minimum of 6 months. Prefer females who respect the boundaries of other tenants and love to maintain the house CLEAN! The other tenants are all professionals working for the NHS or in schools, so it’s definitely a quiet house with a nice, regular routine. The rent is £650 with all bills included . This room is available from 1st October.

⭐️We are looking for a decent, friendly, quiet and clean flatmate who is also good at helping take care of the house. Again, we need someone sensible and considerate to help make this house more comfortable and feel like home.

⭐️About the house:
There are six rooms in this house altogether. Four of them are en-suite rooms, while the remaining two double rooms share a bathroom downstairs. This house is fully furnished and features two kitchens (one downstairs and one upstairs), both of which you can use. There are also laundry machines, ovens, a dishwasher, microwaves, toasters, and more. There is a garage for storing your luggage/bike, a small cozy living room, and a garden where you can hang your clothes when the weather is nice:)

Additionally, the bus station is just 3 minutes away, with the U5/100/10/13/700 routes providing direct access to the city center and Headington shops. Plus, Aldi/The gym group/Costa/Range is just 5mins walking distance which makes this location very convenient!!
