Double room available in a cosy home in the Headington Quarry/Wood Farm area of Oxford. It is located off a quiet street on one side of a communal green, within walking distance (15 minutes) to Oxford University's Old Road Campus Science area and Churchill Hospital. It is a 3-minute walk to the bus stop, from where you can get buses to John Radcliffe Hospital (15 minutes), or the City Centre and Oxford University's colleges (20 minutes) and Brooke's University.

It is a bright well-lit room on the first floor which is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, storage units, armchair, light fittings and overlooks a large private garden. The shower room, separate WC, kitchen, living and dining room, will be shared with the landlord. The tenant will also have full access to the garden, patio area, utilities room (equipped with washing machine and dryer), bike storage and study. Parking permits can be arranged in advance for residents only on-street parking. You will be sharing the property with the landlord/housemate who is an academic working at Oxford University.

It would be ideal for a professional visiting short term to one of Oxford’s universities or the nearby hospitals. Open to discussing longer rental agreements beyond the initial 2 month limit.
