Beautiful double bedroom, located at the quiet rear of the house. Room is fully furnished with a double bed, shelving, hanging storage and tv. All bills, rent and off street parking included in the price. The house is beautifully furnished with a large garden, hot tub and gas BBQ included!

The house has everything you need for daily living; including dishwasher, tumble dryer and a lovely cleaner who comes every two weeks (inc. in price).
The housemates are all fun and sociable working proffesionals. However they are all busy and respect each others privacy / independence. The house is kept clean and tidy and would expect the new tenant to do so as well.
