Room available in 2-bedroom house in Headington!

Hello!

My current housemate is moving out of Oxford for work, so I’m advertising her room in a spacious two-bedroom house in Headington. The house has a large living room, lots of storage space, and a lovely back garden. On-street parking is available with a yearly permit (£80). There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and it’s only a 10-minute bus ride into the city centre.

The rent is £800 per month per person, and bills vary but are usually around £100-£150 per person.

The room includes:
- A bed
- A large chest of drawers
- A clothing rack
- A TV stand/bookshelf
- A shoe rack

The landlord is great and very responsive if we have any issues.

I pay for a cleaner to come once every two weeks, and my housemate cleans in between the cleaners coming. There is an option to have a cleaner come in every week and split the cost :)

A bit about me: I work as a teacher and can be quite busy, so I prefer to keep to myself at home. However, I’m always up for a friendly chat. I enjoy running, baking, reading, and travelling. I'm looking for a female housemate who is friendly, clean and respectful.
