We’re looking for a friendly, tidy, and considerate lodger to join our home.

**The Room:**
A bright single room, fully furnished with bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk, desk chair and soft furnishings. Lots of natural light, calm decor and plenty of storage space.

**The Flat/House:**
The property is a house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which comes with the room) located in the Headington area of Oxford. It has a spacious living room and kitchen diner, which is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven and large fridge freezer. It also has a well-sized garden with two patios. There is plenty of on-street parking.

**Location & Transport:**
Located quite close to all of Oxford's main hospitals. 20-minute walk from Headington shops. Bus to town centre is just a two-minute walk away. 15-minute walk from stops for London and Heathrow and Gatwick airports.

**About Us:**
We are a friendly young family with two small children and a cat. We are currently kept very busy by our children but we also enjoy socialising, dancing, gardening, various sports and cooking! We are also a very international family, and we speak several languages. We will be happy to get to know you, but will also respect your space.

**Who We’re Looking For:**
Someone who is clean, respectful, and easygoing. Ideally a professional or mature student, who doesn't mind sharing with a family and who tidies up after themself.

**Rent & Bills:**
£600 per month OR £200 per week for stays of less than a month.
Bills included.
Deposit: £600 for stays of one month+. £300 for stays of less than one month.

**Availability:**
Available from 11th May to 2nd October.
