Insulated independent cabin kitchenette bathroom

We are offering the opportunity to rent our fully furnished and insulated cabin which is located at the end of our garden with it's own kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.

This property would be ideal for any single professional who needs easy access to local hospitals in Oxford or Oxford Brookes/Oxford University from Monday to Friday. We would consider a permanent 7 day resident for an additional fee. We could also consider allowing one additional guest to stay with you on occasion but not on a permanent basis.

All bills are included in the price, including council tax, electricity, water, one car parking space, Internet, some TV subscription services too including Netflix, Disney Plus and BBC iPlayer. We do not provide independent access to clothes washing facilities. Our preference would be for guests to take washing home with them on weekends or make use of public commercial facilities. If we take on a 7 day permanent guest we could look to arrange access to our shared clothes washing facilities on an agreed schedule.

We are located in a quiet neighbourhood next to Bury Knowle Park, close to all essential amenities. Just a 5 minute walk to local shops and 2 minute walk to major bus routes including the Oxford tube direct to London. We are close to all hospitals in Headington, a 15 minute walk to the John Radcliffe Hospital, 18 minute walk to the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre and 25 minute walk to the Churchill hospital. There is a bus route 2 minutes from our house that will take you to the center of Oxford in about 15 minutes.

This is your own independent living space with private side access from the house. I live in the house with my wife and two cats and will be available during any emergencies. The cats may occasionally try to say hello to you so feel free to welcome them or send them on their way!
