Two rooms in friendly house in Headington!

Hey everyone! Sadly my housemate Niamh and I have to move out for new jobs, so we're looking for two new people to join our lovely house in Headington 😊


About the house:

- The house is in a great location in Headington/Wood Farm
- Good bus links so it’s quick and easy to get into the city centre
- Ideal location if you work at any of the Oxford hospitals too (my commute to work here has been a 15 minute walk!)
- Shops are a short walk away

- The landlord Patrick is an incredibly nice guy and he makes things completely stress-free

- All bills/council tax included!
- 3 bathrooms (2 showers and a bath)
- On-street permit parking (and space on the driveway with blocking in)
- Large kitchen/living room with lots of storage (2x sinks, ovens, fridges)
- New microwave/air fryer
- 2x washing/drying machines
- Garden with locked shed for bikes
- TV with netflix, disney, amazon prime, Sky

About the rooms:

- Niamh's room is a big double room on the ground floor. Loads of storage space and lots of natural light! It's available from 5th August, with rent being £750 a month.

- My room is a single room on the middle floor. Not as spacious as Niamh's but still a good amount of storage space! It's available from 26th July, with rent being £690 a month.

- Niamh's room is the only bedroom on the ground floor. My room is on the middle floor with Lucy F and Tom. And Laura and Lucy L are on the top floor!

About us:

- There's 6 of us in total - Lucy F (24), Tom (27), Laura (26), Lucy L (24), Niamh (26) and me (29).

- We're all young professionals, working in a range of areas like theatre, marketing and lab research.

- A few of us work hybrid (each room has a nice desk which is really helpful).

- We've always made sure the house has as friendly and relaxed an atmosphere as possible - it's important for us that everyone genuinely feels at home!

- We enjoy doing things as a group like film nights and pub quizzes, but we also respect each other’s space and know that we all have busy lives etc.
