Double Room in Social Headington house

Hey, we are looking for a new housemate to replace the current tenant leaving in August!

🌟About the room:
The room is a ground floor double with a bay window. Room is fully furnished with a full double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dresser & desk.
Rent is good for the area at £575 per month - bills are not included but typically come to around £100 per month max (including £50 council tax share - Band C).
15 minute bus to central Oxford (High Street).
20 minute walk to Headington High Street.
30 minute walk to JR hospital.

🏡About the house:
Also in the house there is a shared kitchen, dining and living space. Decent size back garden with an apple tree & bbq. Lockable bike shed and a private driveway. 1 full bathroom (bath/shower upstairs) & 1 toilet downstairs.

👋About the tenants:
Currently living in the house are Alex, Aditi and Chloe. We are all young professionals in our 20’s who relocated to Oxford for work post uni. As a group we get on well and enjoy socialising with each other for pub trips, garden bbq’s, Sunday brunches or just a catch up in the living room! That being said we of course also value our own space from time to time after a busy week. We have a range of hobbies including dance, crafts, football, pub quizzes and more! We are hoping to find a likeminded young professional who thinks they could be a good fit for the house 😊
