We have a lovely, spacious and well lit house near local amenities with solid transport links in/out of Oxford. Our housemate is getting married, so we are on the search for the right person to take his room!

The house is Headington, just off the main London Road and a 10 minute walk to Headington Shops and a 20 minute walk to the John Radcliffe Hospital. It is a 3 bedroom house, with 1 bathroom on the upper floor and a visitor’s toilet on the ground floor. There is a spacious kitchen complete with dishwasher and washing machine machine / tumble drier.

Double bedroom available which comes with a wardrobe and chest of draws on the first floor.

It’s a very comfortable place, with a large living room, conservatory and a garage to store bikes.

The house has a drive for cars too, and would only suit small vehicles, although parking permits can be acquired for on-street parking.

House would suit a young male professional (None Smoker), who enjoys being part of a friendly and relaxed household where the tenants enjoy each others company but also respect independence, privacy, and keeping the place tidy.

About Us

Current tenants are both on site professionals between ages 27-30 on flexible work patterns under the University of Oxford, one musical biomedical scientist and one cinephile porter. Both bide their time between work and hobbies but appreciate a friendly and relaxed home to come back to, with occasional friends and family visits.

Housemates generally independently cook but occasional have shared meals or takeout together, and enjoy evenings in watching tv/movies.

The landlord is offsite, but very friendly and very responsive over email, and conducts quarterly visits throughout the year to inspect the property.
