Double in lovely house (Lime Walk, Headington)

Hi!

My housemate's finishing her DPhil, so her room's available ~15th September:

- Double bedroom at back, overlooking garden
- Modern house - 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, open plan living & kitchen area, garden, garden rooms (office + shed)
- Furnished (apart from bed, but wardrobe staying)
- Dishwasher, washer/dryer, Ring doorbell, air purifiers, portable AC (life changing!)
- Cleaner 2h weekly (15/h)
- 1240/mo (fixed since 2024), bills ~100/mo inc. 1Gb internet & ethernet in garden office
- Street parking (permit)
- Nice neighbours, quiet street
- Nice landlord! (family building company, lived here with family 2y ago)
- Pics are from the old ad so furniture is different, and can send more
- Checking with landlord if he'd be happy with couples

About me:

- I'm a 34yo DPhil student (2y left)
- Was a doctor but now doing bioinformatics, studying ageing on earth and in space at the Botnar and Kennedy
- Mainly WFH in (half of) the garden office
- My girlfriend and I split weekends between here and London
