Double room in 4 bed house near Headington

Hi, I’m Meley, and looking for a young professional to take over my tenancy. This is a 4 bed house with 3 other lovely girls, we have another single bedroom usually for guests. We have two bathrooms and a large back garden. Two parking spots on the drive and lots of street parking.

The room comes furnished with a bed frame, closet, bookshelves, side table and a dresser.

The house is 10 min walk to the John Radcliffe Hospital and close to Headington lots of shops, groceries etc. There are bus stops close by than can get you pretty quickly into the town centre.

We are a pretty social house but also understanding that people like their alone time. I have lived here for a year and am moving away for work relocation.

Ideally looking for a young professional that’s friendly and clean to take over and stay for at least 12 months.
