An older lady with reduced mobility and occasional forgetfulness is seeking a Sharer for her home to offer a little practical help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

She is well-supported, but would value the friendly reassurance and company of having someone around her home in the evenings and overnight. She will also appreciate some practical help including shopping, cooking a few simple meals, helping with light cleaning and tidying, carrying heavier items, and ad hoc practical help and errands as may be needed.

The accommodation on offer is a double bedroom, furnished with a double bed, clothes rail and chest of drawers, shared bathroom, and shared use of the kitchen/living room.

The property is conveniently located in OX3, with easy access to the heart of Oxford by bus/bicycle (approx. 10 minutes).

The lady is quite content and used to sharing her home. She is well-supported with carers and a cleaner and family. She enjoys wordsearches and pottering about.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time (up to 15 hours per week in a mix of practical help plus a little company) to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who is considerate of sharing a home with someone elderly and another lodger.
