I am now moving up to London for work, so am looking for someone to take my room in the home I've been sharing with my Dad. A former teacher, he now works as both a school driver and a consultant in Sweden and Italy, and is away a lot (so needs both the house and plants looking after ; )

The bedroom is light, overlooks the garden, is fully furnished, with a queen-sized bed (including linen) and desk. The house is fully furnished, with a sitting room, a dining room, a galley kitchen, utility room, a hallway and a downstairs loo, and a ground floor bathroom. There is both an area to sit out and a south-facing garden.
