Large private garden with patio, grass area, fish pond, furniture and barbecue. Plenty of off-street parking and a garage for bikes.

Both bedrooms are quite large, one has a double the other a king size bed; bedside cupboard, desk and wardrobe. They share a bathroom with power shower and a large bath as the landlord has his own en-suite. WiFi and gigabyte internet available inside and out.

House comes with two beautiful Bengal cats and a retired live-in landlord who is welcoming, laid back and easy to get along with.

Lodgers are encouraged to treat the house as their home, rather than just a rented room, so looking for people compatible with existing occupants.


10 minute walk from Brookes University, 5 minutes from Headington Shops and buses to London/Oxford.

Short distance to all Headington Hospitals.

As this is my own home, I'm looking for the right people to share it with.
