This house has a large living/dining room, kitchen, 2 bath/shower rooms and 1 w/c. There are a total of 6 bedrooms in the house and all are professionals. There is private property parking available also, and a decent sized garden. All bills (council tax, gas, electric, Internet, tv licence and water) are included, up to a predefined limit (any excess of the limit is distributed amongst all tenants), and there is also a cleaner approximately monthly to clean all COMMUNAL areas (not bedrooms).
