Small quiet house, new Hinksey, parking on street

Small bedroom can also be used for children, or a study.

The house is a comfortable cottage style, fully fitted out as a family home, we will consider visiting families, small pets can be considered. There is a good school (4-11yrs), a park, and many children nearby.

Bills are responsibility of the lodger, expect max £400/month, if paying full tax, less in summer, and far less for students. Most things you would need, we have, for example; bedding, kitchen items, cleaning equipment. We usually have people to stay who fly in to the UK. Anything you don't need can go into storage.

Location is excellent, close to Hinksey parks with the lake, play areas, swimming pool and community centre. Very close to the main Abingdon road bus stops, 10mins. walk to town, 15 to train station. Parking on-street in front of house in semi-private road. Bikes can be borrowed.

The street is incredibly quiet, with no passing cars, and safe for children.
