It's so close to the city centre it's ideal for people who work from home, study at either of the universities, or who work in the city or nearby.

The flat is well furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped but if you have your own kitchen equipment this can be flexible.

I'm looking for nice people, who will look after my home while I am away and in return you live in a lovely flat, in an amazing location. I think Walcot Street is in the best bit of Bath with independent shops and cafes right on the doorstep, two supermarkets within walking distance (Waitrose and Morrisons) and the train station a 10 minute walk. The flat has lovely views across the city.

The flat has a parking permit for one car for £110 per year (we can pro rata this cost for the duration of the rental).

The rent includes internet but no other bills.
