Lovely double bedroom in Victorian mews cottage ,

Hi, (the house is on bus route to Bristol city centre, X6 or X7 approximately 35 minutes commute to Bristol City centre. my name is Claire and I'm looking for a housemate in my two bedroom property in Clevedon.
I am located close to the Cottage hospital, close to bus and train links also 3 minutes away from the M5.
5 mins walk from Clevedon town, plently of woodland walks and short walk to Seafront and Hill road shops and restaurants.
I work full time in a caring profession, a keen gardener and I love cooking for friends and family, I also have a passion for animals and so should my new sharer. ( on occassion may be asked to leave food and water for cats 🐈 .

I like to laugh and have fun and I think my house reflects this part of my personality, but I also enjoy quiet time, I am spiritual person and enjoy my own company.
Partners will be made super welcome and mutual respect is a given.
You'll have full use of kitchen ,dining room(with put down bed for guests) and own shower room and of course the garden.
Usual house share etiquette when comes to cleaning, own room and shower room cleaned by one self and shared responsibility of kitchen . Bedroom furnished but happy to add or take away furniture as required,
Very Occassional visits from 19 year old son who may sleep over .
